You can drink immediately or you chill it in the fridge for some hours before drinking it.

1 cup of Pineapple
1 handful of Lettuce
2 cups of Milk

Wash your the lettuce clean, core the pineapple.
Blend all together with a smoothie maker or blender.
Blend to a fine smoothness.
Drink immediately or refrigerate it for some hours before drinking.

Note– You can add 2tbs of honey if you desire likewise you can also use any milk of your choice.
