RECIPE 1
Ingredients
▪1/2 Cup of any youghurt or ice cream
▪1/4 Cup of clean washed dates, pitted and chopped
▪1/4 Cup of milk
▪1 banana
▪4 ice cubes (optional)
Directions
Smoothly blend all ingredients and serve.

RECIPE 2
Ingredients
1/2 Cup of freshly made custard (add sugar to your taste and ensure its made thick)
1 Cup of milk
1 Cup of clean washed dates, pitted and chopped
Directions
Smoothly blend all ingredients and serve (you can place in the fridge to cool before served).

RECIPE 3
Ingredients
1 Cup of clean washed dates, pitted and chopped
1 Cup of milk
1 banana (optional)
Directions
Smoothly blend all ingredients and server (you can add ice cubes to it before served or place in the fridge to chill before served).

Sprinkles
You can chop some nuts like cashew nuts, groundnuts, almond nuts, macadamia nuts and sprinkle on the top of your ready to be served date smoothie.

Note
Dates are greatly beneficial for pregnant women as it helps supply the foetus with sufficient amount of vitamin K needed for blood clotting and strong bones.
It also reduces the need for induction and augmentation of labor thereby producing a more favorable delivery outcome.
Pregnant women are however advised to eat enough dates as that will truly help and also ensure that your doctor is aware.
