● You Can Roast It
Cut your pumpkin into any size and shape of your choice, add some cinnamon or nutmeg. If you have all mixed spice, you are good to use it. Now you can tweak it by adding butter squash or other alternatives, and you can also roast the seeds with some herbs spices.
● You Can Blend It
Turn your pumpkins into a healthy smoothie with some tigernut(for those who live in African countries), dates, and coconut milk, or use unsweetened almond milk. You can also blend it with some banana and apple and add vanilla essence and ice.
● Make A Healthy Soup
Roast your pumpkin, blend it, and add your desired milk, herbs, spices, and squashed potatoes. Cool and serve with your desired staple like bread, white rice, etc. You can also freeze and then use it as a dip to eat your crackers and other biscuits.

Use your pumpkin puree by adding it to your bread, pancakes, or waffles dough/batter mixtures and bake. You can also bake pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin cookies. When making brownies, use it as a substitute or a go-to butter or oil.
